They were seen to have more supple and springy skin.

Omega-3 fats help reduce inflammation in parts of the body, including the skin.

Here’s something that will help keep your skin wrinkle-free and is great for your health and nutrition. Red or yellow bell peppers are an excellent source of beta-carotene. They are also a great source of vitamin C, the antioxidant that's necessary for creating the protein collagen, which keeps skin firm and strong. A study published in The American Journal of Clinical Nutrition observed that women who had plenty of vitamin C-rich foods were associated with a lower chance of skin appearing wrinkled and becoming dry with age.

A study published in the the American Journal of Clinical Nutrition suggests that broccoli has anti-cancer effects and helps in preventing types of skin cancer as well.
