Lie down on your back against the wall.With the support of your arms and legs, put both legs on the wall, just enough to lift the legs and hips off the floor.
Downward Facing Dog Pose
Start with both palms and knees on the floor in a cat posture. Palms should be shoulder-width apart and placed right under the shoulders. Knee hip-width apart and toes tucked in.
