All meals are important. Lunch is equally important, dinner is equally important. Eating right. But of course, breakfast is important because a lot of people skip it. For whatever reasons, they’re misinformed.
There are very logical simple reasons to why you need to eat breakfast. One, your body has been in a starvation state for about 8-9 hours. So, it needs the energy to jumpstart. It needs the energy to get working, right? If you eat breakfast, you get out of that fasting state.
Second, you need it to jumpstart your metabolism. Third, make sure you get a stockpile of certain nutrients that you can get through your breakfast.
And four, research has very clearly shown that breakfast eaters are slimmer, they have a better, positive attitude, they have a better memory and their concentration powers are better. And also, they’re able to control their appetite better through the day.
