There are several ways of doing a lat pull down. Most people are confused which one is right.

1. You can either hyperextend your back and pull it towards your chest, elbows down.
2. That way you’ll be training for the thickness of your back.
3. The other way would be to pull it horizontally downwards and that way, you’re training for width
