"My biggest philosophy is all about making healthy food tasty and nutritious. Healthy food does not need to be boring and flavorless.
This is one of my favourites – it’s Fried Rice served with a Miso Glazed Salmon, sautéed brussels sprouts and a little kick of chili. It’s got the perfect amount of fat-protein, carbohydrates and lots of veggies to keep you fuller for longer.
Here, we’ve got fried rice with a bunch of sautéed vegetables and the salmon is delicious and caramelized as well. With a little bit of glass noodles on top for a bit of a crunch.
It’s a tasty one!"
