"Of course, a jiggling belly is a big problem. It's not just ungainly. People need to understand that it's not just a cosmetic problem. It is very detrimental to your health as well.
So, that's what everyone needs to understand. Do it for the right reason, not just to fit into a dress. Do it because it can be bad for your overall health. Of course, high calorie diets are a problem, but that's for overall weight gain. If you want to focus on your belly, then there are two food rules that I would really like everybody to follow.
One that they must avoid high fat and high sugar foods specifically. Talking about fats, it's the quantity of fats which is a problem. So, you have to avoid fried foods and you have to resist the temptation of munching a full bag of chips at 4 PM everyday. That is of course, a give. But at the same time you have to make sure that you replace the bad fats with the good ones. Focus on the unsaturated fats, MUFA and PUFA. In simple terms, get your fat content from seeds, nuts. Change the oils that you've been using. Try to use olive oil, mustard oil.
Do not use too much of them of course. But use the right fats, that's the first rule. The second thing that most people do not understand is that the aerated drinks and the sodas that you gulp down, they go straight to your waist! Of course I'm talking about the regular cold drinks here, the regular aerated drinks, because of the calorie crepe, you tend to gain a lot of calories there. They are a problem. But, I'm also talking about the diet drinks. They are equally bad. In fact, they are worse for your belly fat. You need to understand why that happens. They're low calorie of course and they're nil calorie, I understand. But they have artificial sweeteners! They're much sweeter than sugar.
So when you eat them, ingest them, the body thinks there's more sugar coming, so it releases a lot of the fat hoarding hormone insulin. And so, all the fat goes to your belly. So, for the sake of yor waist, please avoid these."
