Aashu Kumar Jaivir who has been a personal trainer for 10 years tells us about the workouts for men that should be done for bigger biceps. The first exercise to be done is the Concentration Curls, during which one needs to concentrate on your range of motion and the weights that you are lifting.
The second exercise that is to be done is Reverse Curls. The one thing that needs to be kept in mind while lifting the plates is that your knees should be bent which avoids pressure on the lower back.
The third exercise is the Hammer Curls. While doing this exercise make it a point that your back is rested against the wall and your knees are bent for best results.
