Firstly, he asks us to start with Upright Row but to make sure about the form so that there is no pressure on your back.
The second exercise is Plank Rows. Do this exercise under supervision so that you do not mess up the form.
The third exercise is Single Leg Mountain Climbers. And lastly, Super Man Pushups. Do maximum reps for a flat core.
